How You'll Make an Impact

As a Finance Data Analyst , you will work closely with the Finance and Business Intelligence teams and cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. You’ll help build scalable data solutions, refine financial reporting, and enable leadership to understand key performance drivers through dashboards and analysis. This can be a highly visible role as the individual reports to the Director of Finance.

What You Bring to the Team

• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports in Sigma using Snowflake data
• Partner with Finance, BI, GTM, and Ops teams to define KPIs and build trusted datasets
• Design and maintain robust data models for SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting surfaces
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and visualizations
• Support ad hoc analysis and decision-making with clear, actionable insights
