MCG Talent has partnered with a leading figure within the Crypto / Blockchain space to identify a Product Director to join their growing team in the US.

As a Product Director you will lead initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating with Banks, FinTech’s, and Digital Wallets to deliver a world-class platform. With a focus on US partners, your expertise in US banking regulations will be a key asset in redefining how users manage their finances.

What You Will Do :

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the team’s roadmap, aligning milestones and dependencies with strategic priorities.
• Drive complex projects by defining features, writing product specifications, iterating on user feedback, reviewing QA test plans, prioritizing bug fixes, managing backlogs, and shipping products / features on time.
• Engage with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met.
• Prioritize initiatives, weighing trade-offs to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver first-in-class features.
• Monitor market trends and dynamics to ensure the products remain best-in-class.
• Represent the team in cross-functional communications with internal stakeholders.
