This role is full-time remote.
Compensation
Base pay range : $107,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr
Additional compensation types : Commission and Stock options
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts with a focus on driving conversions and value via all campaign types.
- Continuously test new creatives to improve performance and increase scale.
- Create and outline a creative testing methodology that can ramp up our testing velocity.
- Gather competitive intel in the market to better inform our strategy and creative ideation.
- Execute media and testing plans and measure the impact against business objectives.
- Review, analyze, and merge data from Google Ads, GA4, and / or various 3rd party platforms to triangulate KPIs (e.g., GP, ROAS, CPA, CPL).
- Provide clients with campaign insights and suggestions for improving overall performance.
- Stay up to date with all Google Ads and Microsoft Ads updates, beta programs, and current industry news articles and trends.
- Create and improve organization processes, procedures, and systems to support the business’s needs.
- Takes full ownership of the strategy, dictating the appropriate next steps to achieve objectives.
- Proactively build relationships with platform partners, gain insights, and recommendations that increase efficiency or scale; proactively communicate when partners can improve the support provided to our team.
- Create and deploy processes to utilize all available resources (playbooks, shared services, AI, etc.) across all paid media channels and own adherence to processes in collaboration with Leadership.
Qualifications
5+ years of Google paid ads marketing experienceAdvanced knowledge of GA4, platform reporting, and data manipulationDeep understanding of attribution from various data sources into Google AdsExtensive knowledge of ad targeting methodologies and iterative test-and-learn optimization practicesAbility to continuously learn, draw actionable insights, and apply them across campaignsComfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, and ambitious startup environmentFluency in mathematical conceptsCritical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, pivot tables, and relevant reporting toolsCompetitive / Performance-driven mindset, but also a team playerExperience and desire to learn and run media on other platforms such as Reddit Ads, NextDoor, Samsung Ads, etc.Benefits
