THE WORK

• Administer SAP user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure secure and compliant access.
• Manage SAP reports, including scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and data exports.
• Support onboarding and offboarding by creating, assigning, or disabling SAP user accounts.
• Proactively monitor system health, apply patches, and collaborate with cloud providers to optimize performance.
• Oversee SAP Transport Management (TMS) to ensure controlled and documented movement of objects across environments.
• Serve as the first point of contact for SAP technical issues, troubleshooting availability, performance, and access problems.
• Ensure all processes comply with corporate security policies, audit requirements, and best practices.
