A Cost and Budget Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing an organization's financial health by ensuring efficient use of resources and strategic financial planning. Here’s a breakdown of their key responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of budgets for civil, maritime, and resilience engineering projects.
• Ensure the technical and economic accuracy of estimates, structure and validate prices, measurements, and cost analyses.
• Coordinate specifications and maintain updated databases to support economic proposals (TENDER / CAPEX).
