We are seeking a Results-Driven & Experienced Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to join our team. The Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist plays a critical role in driving client success, leading the development of strategic forecasts that guide clients toward their goals and ensuring seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth. You will maintain transparent communication about actions taken and performance relative to forecasts, strengthening client relationships and providing a clear roadmap to success while guiding them through media acquisition and strategy. You represent and advocate for CTC\'s unique approach to media acquisition and its tools. You set a high standard for execution at the highest level.

What Success Looks Like

Management : Supervisor is Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. You will report directly to Joy, a mentor focused on growth strategy.Orientation : This role is client-facing.Location, Salary & Development
Location : Fully remote with flexible scheduling and regular feedback, with measurable quality benchmarks.
Salary Range : First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month average $7,000; 1st year $64,000-$76,000; 2nd year $100,000-$120,000. Growth depends on client load and work quality.
There is a focus on growth, transparency, and fairness in career development, with defined progress paths, weekly performance dashboards, and a clear roadmap for compensation progression. Mentorship and ongoing feedback are provided.
