Key Responsibilities

1. Client Support

  • Provide dedicated support to hundreds of clients using ReminderMedia's digital advertising and lead generation services.
  • Troubleshoot ad account and connection issues within Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of high‑quality lead generation through digital campaigns.
  • Continuously refine strategies to maximize client outcomes.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, audience targeting, and geographic relevance.
  • 3. Quick & Effective Ad Creation

  • Create and optimize ads swiftly and effectively to meet client deadlines and ensure campaign impact.
  • Proactively test new ad types, platforms, and lead sources.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to expand our service offerings.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, calls, and video conferences with clients to troubleshoot accounts and improve performance.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and results.
  • Qualifications

    Digital Marketing Coordinator – Hilton

    A Digital Marketing Coordinator will be a content generator and coordinate the web, Public Relations / ad, and creative to promote our products and goodwill to external business partners and individual customers. Internally, will be responsible for the handling of all communication with the other departments to assist with their marketing needs to help them achieve their objectives.

    What will I be doing?

  • Build strategic alignment at both the property and regional levels, as well as across various brand marketing teams.
  • Successfully execute strategies through tactical elements for the development of the annual marketing budget.
