Key responsibilities :

• Submitting monthly and annual tax returns to SUNAT to ensure compliance with fiscal obligations.
• Responding to SUNAT requests, audits, and tax procedures to maintain transparency and mitigate penalties.
• Preparing monthly settlements of IGV, Income Tax, and obligations related to non-resident entities.
• Validating received payment vouchers to ensure they meet all legal and tax-related standards.
• Recording purchase, income, expense, and banking transactions in corporate accounting systems to keep financial data up-to-date.
• Performing monthly tax and accounting reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reports.
• Monitoring SUNAT electronic mailboxes and applying current tax regulations to maintain legal compliance.
• Creating tax and accounting reports to support audits and facilitate financial decision-making.
• Coordinating with internal departments and consortiums to manage payments and reconcile accounting data.
• Providing tax advisory support to other departments to maximize deductions and proper use of payment documentation.
