Opportunity

As a Software Engineer Lead, you will coach and oversee a team developing a leading EHR for the US behavioral healthcare market, mentoring and guiding the team to make good design decisions and to implement code with technical and process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a self‑organizing Scrum team and ensure process excellence.
• Oversee regular meetings and performance appraisals.
• Lead systems and solutions design.
• Mentor team members in architecture, design, and process best practices.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on high‑level planning.
• Lead backlog refinement and estimation.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset.
• Maintain coding standards and conduct code reviews.
• Represent the team in leadership meetings.
• Contribute to software development.
