Responsibilities

• Manage the existing portfolio of KYC and KYB vendors, evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion
• Develop and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement strategies in order to build the best in-class KYC / KYB solution
• Drive contract extension / new vendor on-boarding
• Evaluate vendor performance data by tracking key metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any performance gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships
• Assist in conducting due diligence and risk assessments to ensure vendor compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards
• Handle monthly billing, forecasting and usage tracking while ensuring cost effectiveness of all vendors
• Conduct market analysis to identify and select new vendors, deploy segment knowledge and insights to create strategy for business growth
