We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lima. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for process flow analysis and procedure documentation, managing various continuous improvement and technology projects. You will support regional and local projects that enhance multiple areas and contribute to cross-organizational initiatives.

• Conduct process flow analysis and documentation.
• Manage diverse continuous improvement projects.
• Support regional and local initiatives across various departments.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance organizational efficiency.
