Copper Forger (Lima)

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Copper Forger located in Lima. The Copper Forger will be responsible for forging copper components using hand and power tools, setting up and operating forging equipment, and ensuring the quality of forged pieces. The role involves interpreting technical drawings and specifications, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. The Copper Forger will also be responsible for collaborating with team members to ensure production efficiency and timely completion of tasks.Qualifications- Experience with hand and power tools for forging- Knowledge of setting up and operating forging equipment- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications- Understanding of quality control processes for forged pieces- Adherence to safety protocols and maintenance of equipment- Strong collaboration and communication skills- Physical stamina and dexterity- Previous experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment is a plus- Relevant certifications or training in forging techniques are beneficial
