Overview
The main purpose of the Ads Creatives Strategist is to provide our clients with top-quality creative media. This includes researching and reaching out to potential content creators and keeping up-to-date with the changing TikTok and Instagram Reels trends. The role involves developing a deep understanding of each client’s brand, values, customer avatars, and specific requirements to create detailed script briefs for chosen content creators, including full video footage concepts for the creative campaign. The strategist will liaise with content creators to assemble project teams and perform quality control to ensure content meets guidelines.
General Responsibilities
- Strategize script briefs based on current TikTok and Instagram trends
- Prepare detailed script briefs for content creators, including B‑roll footage requirements
- Research content creators to match each brand’s Customer Avatar goals for testing concepts
- Communicate with potential content creators regarding the scope of each project
- Ensure the quality of Video Ad variations
- Select and arrange a content creator for each project
- Ensure the quality of content provided by content creators
- Provide feedback on content received
- Keep up with ongoing TikTok and Reels trends
- Assist with any other tasks as required by the Product Manager

The Ads Creatives Strategist should possess a creative flair and a comprehensive understanding of social media trends and algorithms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels. You should be able to identify and strategize for various customer avatars’ pain points across multiple niches. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills are essential, along with the ability to plan ahead.
