Job Description

Step into the night shift in Lima, Ohio and make accuracy your mission. As an Inventory Accuracy Specialist, you’ll start your 10 : 00 p.m. to 6 : 30 a.m. shift by prioritizing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring the system reflects reality across every department. Your attention to detail keeps production flowing and customers supplied.

Role snapshot

• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Enter and validate all cycle count transactions electronically for every department.
• Hunt down missing items and resolve inventory location issues.
• Audit transaction history to confirm accuracy and correct errors.
• Keep inventory records precise and up to date.
• Return materials to stock and execute inventory moves in the system.
• Generate clear, concise inventory reports.

Location : Lima, Ohio

Schedule : Night (3rd) | 10 : 00 p.m. – 6 : 30 a.m.

Pay : $19.50 / hour + $1.50 shift differential
