As our client-facing Chief Marketing Officer (B2B) , you will strategize, build, and execute B2B marketing campaigns with our clients. This role will also include Head of Content and Head of Operations responsibilities as well to oversee the client-driven content being produced and the company’s core operational and client-facing functions, ensuring excellence in execution and innovation. Beyond managing accounts and marketing workflows, you will be directly responsible for driving client and internal market targeting strategies, client retention initiatives, and operational scalability.
This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring impeccable English, confident facilitation of regular client meetings and virtual executive roundtables with senior leaders from major US companies, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of success with B2B companies.
- United States native or near-native English proficiency. Must be able to communicate fluently and confidently with US-based executives.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in marketing or operations-related roles.
- Minimum of 5 years of English content writing experience and highly skilled in B2B English marketing campaign execution and optimization.
- Ability to meet with United States-based stakeholders and executives to strategize and build client marketing campaigns.
- Quick and clear verbal and written communicator who can handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience working with a wide variety of companies and can understand businesses quickly with a strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing operations.
- Proficiency in market targeting, segmentation, and list building using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM systems, no code / low code apps, and data flows.
- Master’s degree or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, English, or related field (important but not required).
