Responsibilities
- Lead and guide multi‑disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, designing and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl’s largest accounts up to the C‑suite level, aligning business and IT solutions across the customer ecosystem.
- Drive profitable growth by leveraging Kyndryl’s capabilities, building strong client relationships, and leading teams to deliver high‑quality client work.
- Own overall client engagement, plan post‑deal or pre / post deal activities, and support execution to ensure successful outcomes.
- Foster talent development, innovation, and a high‑performing delivery culture while maintaining a commercially focused and value‑adding approach.
- Contribute to financial outcomes, utilization, backlog growth, and the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities; lead scoping, fee negotiation and risk management for engagements.
- Engage with client CXOs, lead C‑level interactions, and serve as a trusted advisor with credibility in complex consulting engagements.
Qualifications and Experience
Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives and lead multi‑disciplinary projects in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments.Strong financial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, margins, and management of high‑value business development activities with senior stakeholders.Deep understanding of industry trends and technology; demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.Experience in Financial Services or Retail industries; experience with Mainframe / Applications Technology is a plus.What You Can Expect
