Cloud Architect – Azure / AWS

We are accelerating our transition toward a cloud‑first, data‑driven, and resilient technology landscape. This role focuses on designing and implementing secure, scalable, and compliant cloud architectures that support our global technology strategy while meeting local business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document cloud architectures aligned with global standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the adoption of multi‑cloud and hybrid architectures, ensuring security, resilience, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to define architectural blueprints and technical guidelines.
• Contribute to the design of event‑driven, data‑centric, and AI‑enabled architectures.
• Ensure compliance with Santander’s Cloud Security, Network, and High‑Availability frameworks.
• Provide input to governance and review processes, ensuring technical consistency across initiatives.
• Participate in technical discussions with global and regional teams, giving feedback and proposing improvements.
• Communicate architecture designs effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
