Your goal would be to promote the growth of AMBOSS and help bring it to Universities. This would support the educational journey of medical doctors tomorrow so they can provide the best possible care.

You will :

Identify opportunities : Work with your team to pinpoint universities in Latin America that don’t yet offer AMBOSS.

Build partnerships : Engage active users and decision-makers to establish strong, lasting relationships.

Tailor solutions : Conduct needs analyses and deliver targeted presentations that address each university’s requirements.

Act as the connector : Serve as the link between medical professionals and internal teams like Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Marketing.

Drive initiatives : Plan projects and events for AMBOSS, using your close university connections to bring ideas to life.

Ensure smooth implementation : Support partners from first contact to successful onboarding.

Use data effectively : Collaborate with our Data Team and Sales Operations to evaluate usage and inform decisions.

Represent AMBOSS : Attend events and network to strengthen brand visibility across the region.

What you bring :

Medical background : You have a licensed medical degree from a Latin American country, and a deep understanding of the challenges in healthcare.

Strong communication skills : Excellent communication skills in Spanish (native level) and fluent English. Ability to interact confidently in different environments.

Curious and open to learn : you understand customer needs and stay informed about the current state of the art in the medical and EdTech sector in order to integrate solutions into your own work.

Enthusiasm for digitalization : Strong interest in digital solutions and their positive impact on medical education and everyday clinical practice.

Networking experience or strong interest in relationship building in the healthcare sector.

Willingness to travel : Enjoy traveling and getting to know different medical schools and medical students in the Latin American region (40 - 50% of the time)

Project management skills : Efficiently manage multiple parallel projects, especially in a dynamic environment such as healthcare.

Independent working style : Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, including excellent organizational and time management skills.
