Main purpose

MAIN PURPOSE

Ensure profitable growth in the Infrastructure and Mining segments by contributing to the development of the commercial strategy and leading the sales team towards achieving the objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial team for infrastructure and mining and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and monitor the compliance of the commercial strategy for the businesses under your responsibility.
• Support the sales representative in internal coordination regarding the commercialization of customised products.
• Lead new product development projects related to your business areas and participate in their strategy design and development.
• Prepare the medium and long-term strategic plan, as well as the annual budget for your divisions.
