Base pay range

$100,000.00 / yr - $135,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities, including cash management, accounts payable, and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review and approve accounts payable transactions, maintaining oversight of financial integrity.
• Analyze and record journal entries related to invoices, disbursements, and project cost allocations, enhancing financial reporting accuracy.
• Prepare monthly internal financial reports, bank reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements to support informed decision-making.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including variance analysis and trend reporting.
• Assist in the implementation of a new accounting system (NetSuite) and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support the annual audit process by preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards.
