We are a dedicated and client-focused immigration law practice committed to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. As a solo practitioner, I provide personalized legal services and am seeking a highly skilled and experienced immigration paralegal to join my team.

Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned immigration paralegal with at leastfive years of experiencehandling a wide range of immigration matters, including :

  • Family-based and employment-based petitions
  • Waivers and other complex immigration filings

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage cases independently from intake to filing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration laws.
  • Draft and prepare legal forms, petitions, and supporting documentation.
  • Correspond with clients, USCIS, DOL, NVC, and other agencies as needed.
  • Maintain case files and track deadlines efficiently.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with responses to RFEs and other inquiries.
  • Provide excellent client service and support throughout the immigration process.

    • Qualifications :

  • Passion for immigration law and a commitment to helping others.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • Minimum5 years of experiencein immigration law, with a strong background in family and employment-based petitions.
  • Exceptionalwriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to workindependently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

    Pay : $33.00 per hour

    Expected hours : No less than 24 per week
