We are seeking an Associate Director, QA Complaints in San Diego, CA, to manage complaints handling, post-market surveillance, and vigilance processes for one or more product lines. This role involves providing strategic leadership, ensuring effective complaint investigations, implementing corrective actions, and overseeing team management including hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the QA Complaints team, ensuring policy adherence and a positive work environment.
• Oversee complaint investigations, trending, and management of logistics-related complaints.
• Assign tasks for root cause analysis and complaint trending to improve product safety and effectiveness.
• Review CAPAs and perform final QA approval for complaint records and reports.
• Coordinate with external partners on product complaints and post-market processes.
• Manage escalation of quality or compliance issues and oversee inspections and audits.
• Support other QA functions as needed and collaborate with regional quality teams.

Qualifications :

The estimated salary range is $160,264 to $200,330 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement. The role is full-time and based in San Diego, CA.
