• Job Description :
• Liderar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de un proyecto específico, coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios y velando por el cumplimiento de procesos, plazos y entregables. Esta posición es temporal y está planteada exclusivamente para la duración del proyecto, con una plaza fija estimada de 3 meses.
• Responsabilidades :
• Velar por el cumplimiento del flujo de trabajo, coordinando eficientemente a todos los equipos involucrados : cuentas, creatividad, contenido, diseño, desarrollo web y cliente.
• Asegurar la trazabilidad de cada proyecto, desde la entrada del brief hasta la publicación / entrega final, con visibilidad de responsables, tiempos y estados.
• Supervisar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de entrega, anticipándose a posibles bloqueos o retrasos.
• Identificar cuellos de botella y oportunidades de mejora en procesos de trabajo, redistribución de carga o validaciones.
• Gestionar herramientas de seguimiento (Jira, Trello, Excel, etc.) para visualizar avances y facilitar la comunicación entre áreas.
• Establecer y hacer seguimiento a KPIs operativos (cumplimiento de deadlines, eficiencia en flujos, tasa de retrabajos, etc.).
• Promover una cultura de colaboración, accountability y mejora continua.
• Perfil profesional :
• Experiencia previa en agencia liderando o coordinando proyectos digitales o multicanal.
• Habilidad comprobada para coordinar múltiples stakeholders y de preferencia con equipos creativos.
• Conocimiento de procesos creativos, producción digital y plataformas de gestión de proyectos (deseable)
• Deseable : experiencia en cuentas con alta carga operativa y múltiples puntos de contacto como telecomunicaciones, consumo masivo o banca.
