This job is supporting brand building for small brand or part of large brand in small local markets in line with global brand strategies.
What You Will Do
Supports the (Senior) Brand Manager to drive brand success in local markets, such as brand P / L and market share development. Can own a small brand or a segment of a larger brand.
Contributes to defining annual brand plans : owns brand A&P and defines brand activation touch points in line with global guidance. Responsibility for sufficiency and accuracy of A&P allocation & monitoring.
Leads (or contributes to) Brand & Innovation campaign activation, tracking and corrective actions. For product innovation is responsible of achieving the business case and leads and survives all phases including phase in / phase out, distribution and brand activation.
Leads brand analysis and recommends corrective actions.
Recommends brand assortment, product management and pricing in line with global guidance. Contributes to assortment initiatives together with global partners (SC, GPM, GBIS, PMI).
Brand Building strong knowledge toward health care providers, payers, clinicians and consumers.
Expert in capturing consumers and customers insights.
For lead markets : contributes via (Senior) Brand Manager to the development of global communication toolbox.
For lead markets : contributes via (Senior) Brand Manager to the development of global innovation.
For non lead markets : makes sure that product innovations can be sold in local markets in terms listing and tender requirements.
