Peru — Children’s Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

Work onsite in our program center in close collaboration with the General Director, Project Coordinator, and onsite teaching staff.

Supervise and coordinate daily homework sessions, academic support, and enrichment activities.

Create and manage weekly schedules for students and volunteers.

Monitor student progress and share regular updates with the General Director and Project Coordinator.

Participate in the evaluation and feedback processes for volunteers.

Maintain clear documentation, including incident tracking and communication with parents.

Ensure compliance with Intiwawa’s internal policies and procedures onsite.

Requirements

Conversational Spanish level minimum.

Minimum 18 years old

Intercultural awareness and communication skills

Independence, creativity and responsibility

Details

Monday - Friday from 2 : 30 pm - 6 : 30 pm and 2 Saturdays / month

Low-cost accommodation available
