About the Role

Are you a seasoned Full Stack Java Developer with a passion for building scalable backend systems and sleek, responsive front-end interfaces? We're looking for a highly experienced engineer to join our global team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge cloud-based applications.

In this role, you will design and develop complex solutions using Java , Spring Boot , and Microservices architecture , while also crafting intuitive user experiences with React.js . You’ll be deploying applications in Microsoft Azure , collaborating with cross-functional teams, and solving real-world challenges with modern tech.

Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Microservices .
Develop interactive, user-friendly interfaces with React.js .
Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud-based applications in Azure .
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to build new features.
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system performance and scalability.
Follow best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve development practices.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a front-end Java Developer .

Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot .

Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs .

Proficient in React.js and modern front-end frameworks.

Hands-on experience with Azure services (Functions, App Services, Azure DevOps).

Skilled in Oracle PL / SQL for data operations.

Familiar with Docker , Kubernetes , Git , and CI / CD pipelines .

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish .

Experience with SQL / NoSQL database technologies.

Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.

Azure or Java-related certifications are a plus.

This position is remote , open to candidates located in Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, or Peru .

Candidates must be available for interviews and work during U.S. business hours .

The selection process includes :

One technical interview and one soft skills interview (1 hour each).

A practical assessment may be required.

All equipment ( laptop, headset ) must be provided by the supplier / employer.

Interviews may be conducted in either English or Spanish via video conference.

The position follows the U.S. holiday calendar .
