A leading national public REIT is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support its busy in-house legal team. This full-time hybrid role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with four days in-office and one remote.

Responsibilities

• Review leases, REAs, and title documents; prepare summaries and due diligence reports.
• Draft and manage amendments, purchase / sale agreements, CC&Rs, and related legal documents.
• Coordinate title and survey reviews, escrow closings, and document execution.
• Maintain legal files, closing binders, and departmental databases.
• Support large retail transactions and liaise with internal teams, buyers, and tenants.
