Responsibilities

  • Be part of a truly cross-functional team : Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers and QA.
  • Participate in product planning (from discovery to deployment) and contribute at all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Collaborate to develop robust features, APIs, continuously improve products, fix bugs, and ship with speed.
  • Ensure a white-glove experience for customers with our products.
  • Fully own the development of features on the client, server, service, and database.

What you’ll bring

  • High-quality, responsive web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Express. Experience with NestJS, Vite, and Next.js is a plus.
  • Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic using Express.
  • Client-side function-based React components, hooks, stories, and tests to interact with server-side work.
  • Database design and optimization with PostgreSQL.
  • Build reusable, modular components for front and back end to promote code quality and scalability.
  • Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated with web development trends and best practices; propose process improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools.

    • About you

  • At least 4 years of Full-Stack experience with a focus on TypeScript.
  • Expert in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications with the listed tech.
  • Collaborative, remote-first mindset; independent ownership with strong teamwork.
  • Strong communication with diverse teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Business-focused approach to software development and delivering high-value outcomes.
  • Attention to detail with the customer experience in mind.

    • Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS products running 24 / 7 on a major cloud vendor.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Storybook, React Testing Library) and automated testing (Cypress).
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.
