Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle Strategist

12 month contract

Pay $55 / hr (w2)

Summary

We’re looking for a seasoned lifecycle marketer with a passion for growing consumer subscription businesses. As a Customer Lifecycle Strategist, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, analytics, design, and business teams to develop and optimize programs that drive engagement and maximize subscriber value — all in a privacy-first way.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine customer engagement and retention strategies for subscription services
• Drive continuous optimization through A / B testing and data-driven insights
• Define customer journeys, value propositions, and educational messaging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
• Build strategic plans to improve performance against key metrics
• Maintain clear operational briefs to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Implement a feedback loop to drive continuous improvement
