As an Ecommerce Growth Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will lead the development of accurate, insight‑driven forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients. You will maintain clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations, building trust and client relationships while positioning CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing.
You are a representative and advocate for CTC's approach to media acquisition and its tools. You set a high standard for efficiency, scalability, and a results‑focused mindset. KICK OFF PERIOD

Align with the team and contribute to the Brain Trust for ideas across clients.Collaborate with pod members including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist.Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.Maintain data integrity across Statlas and execute the Prophet system for clients.Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps for clients using the Prophet System; conduct data analysis and align marketing calendars with clients.Daily execution and actualization vs. the forecast to hit KPIs; deconstruct and adjust projections as needed.Combine data analysis with client feedback to develop future strategic plans; be an early adopter when pivoting.Lead in obstacle situations; maintain insatiable curiosity and seek multiple solutions.Implement CTC’s Meta best practices and build campaigns using our structure; uphold ideologies and processes across accounts.Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategies to maximize the chance of meeting daily targets; run tests to beat best campaigns.ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK

You will merge the Finance and Marketing sides of a business to build a forecasted strategy to help the business achieve its goals.

First month : 2,000Second month : 4,000Third month (avg) : 7,0001st Year Annual Range : 64,000–76,0002nd Year Annual Range : 100,000–120,000This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
