Overview
Senior Designer at HexClad — we are looking for a designer who is obsessed with sharp design, believes branding is more than just a logo, and wants to help build a category-defining company. Location : LA based, 4 days in office at HexQuarters. Details : Full Time- Exempt. Reporting to : Director of Design.
Taste success : As our Senior Designer, you will help define the design vision and execution across various touch points, ensuring that HexClad\'s brand identity is consistently communicated through compelling and visually appealing design solutions. You will elevate our brand presence and drive engagement with our audience through your design principles, creativity, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Brand Design : Develop and maintain HexClad\'s brand identity, ensuring consistency and coherence in visual assets, typography, color palettes, and imagery across all brand touch points.
- Art Direction : Concept and execute elevated brand assets across campaigns, tentpole sales, product launches, and storytelling moments.
- Digital & Performance Creative : Design and adapt high-performing creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), email, and web.
- Packaging Systems : Help evolve our packaging design system for consistency across new and existing SKUs.
- Design Systems & Templates : Build and refine scalable systems for paid media, email, and e-commerce design to improve output and quality.
- Creative Leadership : Mentor junior designers and guide BPOs to uphold quality, efficiency, and brand integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with teams across retention, performance, product, and e-comm to ensure creative is aligned with business goals.
- Craftsmanship : Maintain impeccable design standards across typography, layout, and file delivery.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure quality and consistency of design deliverables by conducting thorough reviews, providing feedback, and implementing best practices for design production and execution.
Qualifications
5+ years of design experience in DTC, e-comm, or agency environmentsA strong portfolio that showcases elevated brand design, sharp execution, and cross-channel versatilityProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other modern design toolsStrong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniquesAn eye for detail, a love of systems, and the ability to scale creative with consistencyFamiliarity with packaging and print production workflowsExperience managing design projects from concept to completionExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to stakeholdersKnowledge of current design trends, industry standards, and best practicesBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related fieldLove of food and cooking; cooking skills and / or experience in the culinary industry a plusCompensation & Benefits
