Requirements
Inglés C2 , con fluidez comunicativa en contextos de negocios a nivel internacional.Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Proven 5+ years experience in operations management or strategic planning, preferably in the outsourcing or offshoring industry.Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of managing diverse teams successfully.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement.Experience with performance management and process improvement methodologies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.Benefits
