We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Marketing assistant part-time to manage the B2B content and strategy.
Responsibilities
1. B2B Content Strategy & Research
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis within specialized B2B sectors (e.g., AgTech, FinTech).
- Propose and pitch strategic content ideas based on data and industry trends to the Head of Strategy.
- Draft persuasive and professional B2B copywriting in English for all channels, directly addressing client pain points.
- Ensure all communications adhere strictly to the client's brand voice and visual identity.
2. Execution and Digital Management
Execute and schedule content across all digital platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn Company Pages.Manage Email Marketing campaigns end-to-end, including list segmentation, A / B testing, and template design using platforms like Mailchimp.Design and produce high-quality graphics, multimedia, and professional assets using Canva Pro.Actively manage community engagement and moderation on social channels.3. Reporting and Metric Analysis (20%)
Analyze and report on key B2B metrics, including LinkedIn engagement, impressions, CTR, and email open / conversion rates.Synthesize data into clear, actionable reports for the Head of Strategy to guide optimization decisions.Qualifications and Skills
Must-Haves :
English Fluency (C1 / C2 required) : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English for professional B2B copywriting.Experience : 1-2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in a B2B or Agency setting.Hard Skills : Proficiency in Canva (or similar design software), and hands-on experience with mailing campaignsSoft Skills : Strong research and analytical abilities—you must be able to translate data and market trends into executable content ideas.Send your resume and your brochure or portfolio at talent@impulselatam.site
