Demand Planner – Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
Join our global team and help forecast demand for iconic brands including Stanley Tools, DeWalt, Craftsman, MAC Tools and Black + Decker.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and drive a collaborative monthly process to align a consensual forecast with sales, marketing and finance.
- Generate 18–24 month forecasts using statistical models and clean historical data.
- Align and reach consensus on demand plans in monthly intervals.
- Question volume hypotheses based on historic trends, solid analysis and market knowledge.
- Document key forecast hypotheses during demand review meetings.
- Deliver building blocks and follow up with commercial teams to ensure quality plans.
- Analyse top SKUs impact on forecast accuracy (BIAS).
- Adjust forecast recommendations based on demand and market trend changes.
- Lead demand review meetings with Marketing, Sales and Supply to secure inventory levels.
- Manage high inventory SKUs with marketing and sales to sustain healthy inventory levels.
- Analyse Sell In, Sell Out, Inventory, transit data to feed forecasting insights.
- Ensure data integrity in JDA and correct field management.
- Present monthly results and impacts to regional teams.
- Maintain key performance indicators : Sales Forecast Accuracy, Sales Forecast Bias, Forecast Value Add, First Pass Fill Rate.
Requisitos
Graduated in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business, Economics or related.Minimum 5 years experience in Demand Planning or Commercial planning in B2B or B2C.Strong Excel, Power BI, SQL (optional) skills.Experience with demand planning tools (ERPs).Knowledge in statistical analysis and insight generation.Competencias
