About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SEO Manager for our client. The ideal candidate has at least 6+ years of proven experience managing SEO strategies within digital marketing agencies, with a strong track record of success in the healthcare or dental niche. This role requires advanced expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO, and link building, as well as experience managing teams and multiple client accounts. U.S. market experience is required, with the ability to build and execute data-driven SEO strategies that deliver measurable results.

Digital Marketing Agency And US Experience Required.

Healthcare and dental niche experience preferred.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to healthcare and dental clients.
• Manage a team of SEO specialists and oversee day-to-day execution across multiple accounts.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry research to drive content and optimization strategies.
• Oversee technical SEO, including site audits, crawlability, indexation, site speed optimization, and resolving technical issues.
• Develop and implement advanced on-page SEO strategies, including meta optimization, structured data, and content improvements.
• Drive local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization, reviews strategy, and citation management.
• Build and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs, providing actionable insights to clients.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, PPC) to ensure holistic digital marketing success.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.
