Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with expertise in biophysics, bioinformatics, or AI / ML.

Schedule : Hybrid 2 / 3.

Billable Hours : The firm has a billable hour target of 1,600-1,800 hours.

Patent Attorney : $180k-$300k

Location : This role is open in their Los Angeles or San Francisco office.

Responsibilities :

• Draft patent applications and documents for all stages of the patent prosecution process.
• Coordinate and correspond with inventors and clients regarding invention disclosures.
• Conduct and analyze prior art searches to support patent applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of patent laws to assist clients effectively.
