Descripción del trabajoBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in marketing or lead generation roles. 2+ years of experience handling CRM systems (GoHigh Level preferred) Strong Knowledge in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar). Hands-on experience running outbound or automated campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Availability to work full time in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone. 💼 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email lead-generation campaigns (email, automation, and other outbound tactics).
- Create and run cold email campaigns to generate leads.
- Build and segment prospect lists and manage CRM workflows.
- Monitor campaign metrics, report on performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the team to refine growth strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Implement marketing automation best practices to ensure scalability.
