Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding case updates and inquiries.
- Draft and send clear and concise client communications, including emails, letters, and status updates.
- Coordinate with attorneys and case managers to gather information and respond to client questions.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in legal databases such as Clio or PracticePanther.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, legal standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Monitor client communication timelines and assist with calendar management for follow-ups and meetings.
- Support legal staff with document preparation, case updates, and reporting.
Qualifications
Previous experience in client communication, legal administration, or related support roles.Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.Familiarity with legal case management platforms such as Clio or PracticePanther.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Seniority level
