Construction Project Manager - Renewables

I am working with a leading global renewable energy company seeking a Construction Project Manager for utility-scale renewable energy developments in Peru and across Latam.

This is a key position within a growing Latin American portfolio and offers the chance to play a pivotal role in the full construction lifecycle of clean energy assets from development to site execution and commercial handover.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the delivery of renewable energy construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and HSE standards are met.
• Define project execution strategy, manage resources, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Act as the main interface between internal teams, contractors, OEMs, and authorities.
• Support early-stage development through technical and commercial input.
• Oversee quality control, grid compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth contracting, funding, and handover.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Manage claims, disputes, and warranty processes during construction.
