We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join a growing international company.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and organize business and administrative documentation.
- Monitor schedules and coordinate key tasks across departments.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in documents or processes.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, advisors, and team members.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting of financial and operational information.
- Support the executive team to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administrative, financial, or coordination roles.Background in real estate, accounting, legal, or related sectors is a plus.Advanced English level (required).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.Schedule : Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 a.m. – 7 : 30 p.m. (Peru time)
