Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Operations & Strategy Manager to lead countrywide projects in LATAM, oversee key client relationships, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

We seek highly motivated individuals to join our team, work closely on client projects, and manage our fast-growing client base. The ideal candidate will be organized, meticulous, demonstrate attention to detail, and be a natural leader. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to build adoption of Qure's product portfolio. As we are a fast-growing start-up, you will be wearing multiple hats and are expected to multitask with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects through their entire journey with Qure.ai, ensuring a seamless product experience, maximizing AI impact, and exploring new use cases.
• Execute countrywide AI projects in LATAM, collaborating with government bodies, healthcare institutions, on-ground teams, and global health organizations to drive adoption and large-scale deployment. Travel (domestic & international) will be required.
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., Ministry of Health, national programs, IT teams, and clinical leaders) to ensure retention and satisfaction. Act as the primary client point of contact, managing delivery, engagement, feedback, and success.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, expansions, and strategic account planning.
• Monitor product performance, gather technical feedback, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve accuracy and user experience.
• Work alongside engineering, product, and sales teams to resolve challenges, while providing valuable feedback to contribute to the product roadmap.
• Generate marketing and research outcomes that highlight Qure.ai’s impact.
• Resolve client complaints by liaising with client IT and program teams, coordinating remote access, and ensuring timely support with internal engineering teams.
