We are the Software Engineering team responsible for defining and building the User Experience for the next generation of industrial automation robotic systems. We aim to make automation easy to deploy and operate, similar to a printer in its simplicity and usability.

As Product Manager you will

• Define the roadmap and maintain the product backlog for Formic Software products (internal and customer-facing).
• Define, validate, and communicate requirements derived from customer feedback and collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product & Solutions, Deployment, and Production Optimization teams.
• Conduct studies, interviews, and focus groups to hear the voice of customers across Operators, Engineers, Managers, and Executives.
• Collaborate with Engineers to identify innovative solutions and drive lean, efficient engineering efforts.
• Work with UI / UX / CX designers to define App and HMI experiences.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies as Product Owner.
