Responsibilities
Lead business banking product ownership across multiple regionsOversee client onboarding processes, credit workflows, and profitability analysisUse Salesforce CRM to extract client information, create 360° client views, and propose banking solutionsImplement and standardize technology and process improvements across regionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on product design, delivery, and change managementEnsure alignment of business banking operations across Canada, Latin America, and the CaribbeanQualifications
Strong experience in business / commercial bankingBackground in product management, product ownership, or project deliveryExperience with client onboarding, credit lines, profitability tracking, and CRM systemsFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar client management toolsBilingual in English and SpanishExperience working in multi-country or global banking operations is an assetWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds and charge no fees to apply or engage with our recruiters.
