Job Summary

Avianis is a leading provider of an all‑in‑one enterprise flight management solution for the aviation industry, and is looking for a Junior .NET Developer to join our team. As part of our mission to enhance operational efficiency for aviation businesses, we are seeking an individual with strong expertise in ASP.NET, along with experience in Blazor and .NET Core. You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving our platform, providing scalable solutions that streamline flight operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement software solutions using the .NET framework, following industry best practices such as DRY, KISS, and design patterns.
Use .NET technologies, Blazor, and ASP.NET to build robust applications.
Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security for internal and external integrations.
Design database schemas, manage SQL operations, and write efficient queries.
Write unit and integration tests and contribute to the overall quality of product releases.
Follow the company’s coding and development standards.
Refactor existing software components to eliminate technical debt and improve extensibility.
Estimate software development work in partnership with the product team.
Deploy software releases to production and other environments.
Maintain CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure in coordination with the DevOps team.
Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with security standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with management on setting project goals and execution.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on C#; Blazor and MVC experience are good to have.

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database migrations and Entity Framework.

Experience designing applications architecture with a solid grasp of MVC, SOLID, DRY, KISS, design patterns, and REST API principles.

Experience with Azure services, including Azure SQL Server, Blob Storage, Service Bus, Data Factory, and Key Vault.

Understanding of CI / CD principles, unit and integration testing, and proficiency with Git.

Experience with Blazor and SyncFusion.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong motivation to learn.

Results‑oriented engineering mindset and desire to build reliable, efficient solutions.

Interest in business aviation and a willingness to become a domain expert.
