Sr. Recruiter | INHAUS Peru

We’re looking for someone with solid recruiting experience and a point of view. Someone who can lead end-to-end processes with sound judgment, understand the context behind each search, and collaborate with others while working independently. At INHAUS, we support local and international searches for growing companies. We care as much about the process as we do about the outcome. It all starts with a meaningful conversation, and we build from there — step by step: understanding, strategy, validation, and closure. Ready for the challenge? Key responsibilities: Conduct strategic sourcing and build relevant pipelines for each search. Lead interviews that go beyond the surface and build genuine trust. Maintain clear, consistent communication with both the internal team and clients. Report progress and KPIs in a structured way, bringing visibility to every stage. Own each search from start to finish, with attention to timing, quality, and experience. What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience in recruiting (consulting firms, RPOs, or in-house). Autonomy, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Commitment to quality and accountability with deadlines. Intermediate to advanced English. Experience with recruiting tools (ATS, databases, spreadsheets).
