Position Summary
As a Customer Success SE , you will be the technical expert and advisor for assigned customers. You will design, propose, and implement the Trend Platform, provide best practice guidance, and help deploy customer implementations. As part of the customer success team, you will work closely with tech support, product team, and pre-sales solution engineering teams to ensure successful technical onboarding and support for the customer, with a focus on security outcomes, adoption, and time-to-value.

Trend Micro, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role is USD $125,000.00 – $165,000.00. A candidate’s final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors to include, but not limited to relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
