The Data & Reporting Jr Analyst for the Biddable CoE is a pivotal member of our team responsible for transforming complex marketing data into clear actionable insights and reports. This role encompasses the entire analytical process from data collection to visualization ensuring that marketing communication strategies are effectively measured monitored and optimized. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying trends patterns and anomalies and proactively communicating recommendations that drive strategic decisions for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design build and maintain custom and automated reports dashboards and visualizations for client marketing campaigns ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Data Collection and Management: Collect maintain manage interpret and analyze data from various internal and external sources ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.

Performance Analysis and Optimization: Conduct ongoing and ad-hoc analyses of marketing channel and website performance to identify trends patterns and anomalies. Develop actionable recommendations to optimize campaign strategies and inform future initiatives.

Insight Generation and Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear and compelling insights that drive marketing strategy. Collaborate with client management and strategy teams to effectively present findings and recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with agency teams and clients to share key learnings from data analysis and contribute to the development of measurement tools and reporting standards.

Process Improvement: Participate in performance audits and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in reporting processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree in marketing Mathematics Statistics Engineering or a related quantitative field.

1 year of professional experience in data analysis preferably within media ad tech mar-tech or digital marketing environments.

Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Data Analysis & Reporting: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel (creating charts pivot tables advanced formulas; VBA is a plus) for data manipulation analysis and presentation.

Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in data visualization platforms such as Power BI QlikView and/or Tableau to create impactful dashboards and reports.

Office Suite: Strong command of other Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint for presentations).

Familiarity with various analytics and data tools relevant to marketing and reporting.
