We’re now looking for a Content Creator & Video Producer to join our team — someone passionate about storytelling, capturing authentic moments, and showing the people and values that make our agency what it is.

Role Description

You will be responsible for creating engaging audiovisual content that showcases our agency’s behind-the-scenes world, our global connections, and the human side of our brand. From producing and editing short social videos to filming interviews, podcasts, and event coverage, you’ll help bring our story to life across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, and more).

You’ll collaborate closely with our founder and creative team to conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality content that reflects our brand’s excellence and personality.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit dynamic video content — from behind-the-scenes moments to interviews, podcasts, and event recaps.
• Manage the end-to-end production process : pre-production, shooting, post-production, and publishing.
• Develop creative content concepts aligned with our brand strategy and communication goals.
• Capture spontaneous and authentic moments during international trips and events.
• Maintain consistent visual and storytelling style across all media.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing and communication goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
• Present creative ideas and content plans confidently to the team and clients.
