About the client : Our client, a U.S.-based personal injury law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This role supports the firm’s litigation department by overseeing case management, ensuring smooth legal operations, and maintaining compliance with court procedures.

About the role : As a Litigation Paralegal, you will manage the logistics and administrative aspects of personal injury litigation cases, collaborating with attorneys, clients, and support staff to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish, with experience in legal research and in preparing legal documents, and a strong understanding of U.S. personal injury litigation procedures.

U.S.-based law firm experience is strongly preferred. Personal injury litigation experience is a plus.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
• Organize and maintain case files, documents, and evidence in compliance with firm policies.
• Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between attorneys, clients, and external parties.
• Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations relevant to ongoing litigation matters.
• Monitor case timelines and ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
• Assist in trial preparation and provide support during hearings and trials.
• Implement and improve operational processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in litigation support.

Salary : USD 1,300 to USD 1,500 per month
