About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities

Develop and produce high-quality artwork and advertising materials that reflect Binance’s global brand identity across various products and local markets
Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherence and consistency across all creative outputs
Proactively research and identify emerging design trends, contributing insights to strengthen internal creative discussions and innovation
Participate in the ideation and development of brand-led campaigns, helping to translate strategic goals into compelling visual concepts
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and resonate with target audiences

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related design field preferred

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with partners and stakeholders

Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including layouts, typography, line composition, and color theory

Strong communication skills with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams outside the Creative group

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

Knowledge of AI image generation tools and techniques is a plus

Interest in and knowledge of Binance, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology is a strong advantage
